Here is a video on the Bachmann On30 Norman Rockwell Christmas Trolley Set. This is a battery powered set that has a point-to-point track arrangement with an auto-reversing circuit. So, the trolley will go to one end of the track, stop, pause for a bit then reverse and head to the other end of the track. Since the track power connector is a USB-A connector, you can use most USB power banks you might already have for your phone or tablet. Similarly, you could use a USB power adapter to power the set with wall power, but of course you wouldn't have an on-off switch.

Good afternoon, Steve. If I may, I wanted to ask you a few questions about the Bachmann On30 Norman Rockwell Christmas Trolley Set. First, can the trolleys that run on mains-powered tracks also run on the battery-powered tracks in this set? I can find only the trolley in this set. Can it also run on mains-powered tracks? If I decide to use a USB port and plug it into a wall outlet, since I live in Italy, do I need a transformer from 120V US voltage to 220V Italian voltage?
