Double Helix Layout Phase 1

An easy to build and super fun double helix! This will eventually become part of a larger layout but for now is another fun Christmas layout. I plan to eventually incorporate another larger loop around the base of the helix, and have the helix be built into a mountain scene. But, that work will wait until after the holidays.
