Kitbash Your Way to Model Building Freedom

In this week's video, I look at how I built the Walthers Modern Transload Terminal kit in N scale to fit a specific space on my 2x4 foot N scale project layout. Kitbashing these type of warehouse structures is easy to do, and a good way to start out on building custom structures.

Besides the Walthers kit, I used pieces of chipboard (the kind you find on the back of notepads or a thicker version of cereal boxes) various paints, plastic solvent, model putty to fill in the seams between pieces, and a paper roof texture from teamtrackmodels.com
